I want to...
Whether you’d like to give a single gift, schedule ongoing donations, or view your giving history, you can do it all online. It’s quick, easy,
and secure. Here you can give your tithe as well as your Next Level Emphasis gifts. With our new, enhanced service you can use your checking or savings account, debit or credit card. We offer the method of giving via credit card with caution. Many people carry monthly balances on their cards and incur unneeded interest costs. To be consistent with our teachings, we only encourage the use of a credit card for people who responsibly manage their personal finances and pay off their balance monthly.
Online giving is a safe and flexible option to give. Thank you for your generosity and partnership with the ministry here at Jacob’s Well.
Frequently Asked Questions

Can I schedule recurring contributions?
Yes. You can specify whether you want your contributions made one time, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, or annually. You may even set up multiple schedules. For instance, you could set up a monthly General offering contribution and a quarterly Next Level contribution.

Will I still receive a contribution statement?
No. You can access your giving statement online at any time. If you wish to have a copy mailed to you, please contact Kim Studinger at 715.833.2050 or email@example.com.
What if I change credit cards or want to adjust the date or amount of a contribution?
You can edit or delete a scheduled contribution at anytime, including the credit card, date, frequency and amount.
Is online giving secure?
We’ve taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by
SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for Secure Socket Layer, a security protocol which provides communications privacy over the internet.
It's the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions. Your information will remain private, will never be given away to third parties, and will only be used as we send out scheduled contributions statements.
I did something wrong during my contribution, is it possible to get a refund and start over?
You can schedule new contributions at any time and modify or cancel those contributions any time prior to the date they're scheduled.
Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be canceled.
